Training Programs 

Overseas Training

We provide opportunities to visit international exhibitions such as CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in Las Vegas, SLUSH in Helsinki, and Watches & Wonders Geneva, where employees can learn the latest market trends and innovative ideas through hands-on exposure to real business.

Excellence Meeting

Each year, we travel to a trend-leading city overseas, providing opportunities to refine our perspectives through curated dining experiences and collaborative research.

Held in Hong Kong in 2024 and 2025.

Executive Training

For employees at GM level and above, we conduct management training that encourages participants to revisit not only the “skills” required to lead an organization, but also the deeper “mindset of leadership.”

Compliance Training

With our legal counsel serving as the instructor, we provide training to understand the importance of legal compliance and corporate ethics, and to learn the fundamentals of internal controls and harassment prevention. 

Privacy Mark Training

We learn about the proper handling of personal information and the risks of information leakage.
